Of course, we also participate in the main international trade fairs and meetings in the packaging sector, which we use as a place to start new projects, showcase our most advanced machines, and strengthen global ties. Our next destination is CPHI 2024 in Milan, which will take place from October 8 to 10, where you can visit us at Hall 18 Stand 18F65. There, we will exhibit one of our best machines and its new features: the Spin-Pharma, a cylindrical container labeller created specifically to meet the demanding needs of the pharmaceutical sector.
Other powerful Etima solutions designed especially for the pharmaceutical sector are the Etiflex Pharma, the BFS Strips Pharma, and the S-Spin Pharma. The first of these, Etiflex Pharma, is a labeller capable of capacities up to 400 units per minute, fully servo- motorized, with optional Hot Melt glue application and serialization possibility with the label applied to the container. This machine offers quick format changes without tools.
On the other hand, the BFS Strips Pharma can label up to 300 strips/min depending on the format, has the possibility of a NON-STOP system with up to 4 labelling heads and optional "Gullwing" type finish accessibility with open protections facilitating maintenance and cleaning.
Finally, the S-Spin Pharma, is a solution that offers labelling speeds of up to 500 units/min depending on format, boasts a very compact footprint, and the possibility of inline integration.
All our pharma machines offer the possibility of integrating inspection and marking systems, as well as generating batch reports and compliances with 21 CFR part 11 regulations and FAT, SAT, DQ-IQ-OQ, and PQ protocols. Any Etima labeller can be adapted to the configurations required by the project's needs.
