7. This agreement is provided taking into account the requirements of Article 7, Article 8 and Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and is valid without restriction of the territory.

I hereby confirm that I have received a notification about the Owner of personal data, the composition and content of the collected personal data, as well as information about my rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" to fulfill this purpose and the ability to transfer my personal data to third parties. discretion of the Owner and / or manager of the database.

10. The said agreement is valid indefinitely until the date of its revocation by me by sending to the address of LLC "Professional Information Agency" a written notice of the revocation in any form, unless otherwise provided by current legislation of Ukraine.
11. Professional Information Agency LLC reserves the right to make changes to this provision at any time. After making changes, such changes will take effect immediately after their placement on the official website of LLC "Professional Information Agency"
