The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 154 dated by February 21, 2023, approved the Technical Regulations for Aerosol Sprayers.
The regulation has been developed based on Council Directive 75/324/EEC on the approximation of the legislation of EU member states regarding aerosol sprayers.
The resolution will enter into force on October 21, 2023, after which the sale of aerosol sprayers that do not meet the requirements of the technical regulation on the market will be prohibited or limited.
The technical regulation establishes rules for aerosols with a volume of more than 50 ml, new labeling requirements, and requires the application of the "inverted epsilon" symbol (which is specified in the appendix to the TR) certifying compliance with this regulation.
