The Ministry of Health of Ukraine offers for perusal the List of medicinal products, prohibited for advertising, which are available without a prescription
Order No. 191 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated February 5, 2024, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 20, 2024 under No. 262/41607, approved changes to the Criteria used in determining medicinal products, the advertising of which is prohibited, approved by the order of the Ministry of Health from June 6, 2012 No. 422, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 16, 2012 under No. 1189/21501 (as amended by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated November 23, 2021 No. 2593). In order to settle the issue regarding the advertising of over-the-counter medicinal products, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, taking into account the provisions of the order of February 5, 2024 No. 191, the draft List of over-the-counter medicinal products prohibited for advertising, which is offered for review.
